TRIADOPTION® Law and Litigation section consists of copies of laws collected in various decades, and copies of class action suits and other litigation that is of historical interest in adoption reform or may be of assistance in research for future legal issues.

Since the mid 1950's individuals and organizations have been looking at ways to facilitate access and opening of sealed adoption records. As copies are received they will be turned into searchable PDF files and added here.

Any individual or organization thinking of disposing of materials related to adoption reform legislation and litigation can submit them for scanning and indexing. It is expensive and time consuming to prepare paper, computer or digital data so it is searchable and usable. It may take time to make it available here, but every effort will be made to do so in a timely fashion.
