The most important aspect of any day is how we spend it. When you feel out of sorts, out of control or unable to catch up ~ it is your body telling you something needs to change. Learn to interpret and understand the language spoken by your body, mind, emotions, psyche and spirit. It isn't a foreign language, it is merely a forgotten one.

It is not only possible to relearn this spiritual language, it is a necessity and a responsibility. Each moment you choose what you will shine into eternity. The nature of energy is that it is reflected in everything. We wouldn't be having various energy shortages, rolling blackouts, skyrocketing costs or availability manipulations if this weren't a direct reflection of our inner and sacred energy. I believe completely in self-empowerment. Though I think we are all meant to help each other, I also know we are each able to do this work for ourselves. It is simply taking the time and making the effort to learn the instinctual language of health and prosperity that is inherent in us all. Reconnect to your inner knowing, relearn to trust the truth resounding in your intuition. We are all capable of being all that we were meant to be.

The truth of your soul resonates inside you, in the space between your cells and the silence between your thoughts. It is ever-present.

Your body doesn't lie. Your feelings don't lie. But often your mind misinterprets the signals in order to maintain dominion. Only your spirit can have dominion. All else must follow. That includes your body, your emotions and most especially your mind. It is not a leader but a follower by nature. It just likes to think it knows more than Spirit.
